Unlikey. I measured capacity of 4 different brands of.264 brass at an average of 91.8 gr of US-869 to the base of the neck. Thus my top load is 77.o gr of US-869 with a 140 gr bullet.

Not familiar with the VV powder you mention, but it's right above US-869 in the burn rate chart. Also not sure of the relative bulk denisty of the two.
