A quick biopsy is not a good sign. It means that they could identify necrotic tissue in the tumor site. The kid needs to get to a comprehensive care cancer center to be enrolled in a clinical trial. Make sure that the center has proton beam radiation capabilities. The current neuron radiation/chemo standard of care is a death sentence. If he is lucky, he will have the genetic markers to allow him into the study as an active participant, not a placebo. These studies love young patients with a chance for survival. Best of luck for your friend. It is in God’s hands now.

Clinical Trial

Great info, MM.
