I remember when the Hercules plant in Kenville or Kendale or Kensomething NJ went up in the 80s. My buddy who worked in the Poconos said he heard it. I heard (so it must be true) they were running Red Dot that day. I heard that they were testing reduced loads of Blue Dot...😁 I told them what level of powder to not exceed.... but did they listen??? Noooooo....
