Bought a 2020 F350 and just turned over 16k miles. Highway mileage is slightly over 13 mpg. It tows a 14,000 fifth wheel with no problems.
Also note I have the 4.30 rear end which decreases fuel economy but increases towing rating to 18,000 pounds for a 5th wheel.
