We’re doing pulled pork next weekend but I’m smoking them today. Will pull it and put in vacuumed sealer then freezer, will thaw on fri and place bag into boiling water to heat through. I’m going spoon billing next fri/sat and don’t have time to cook next weekend.
sounds great, but i'm not familiar with spoon billing...?
