I'm honestly at a loss as to why anyone would have a place of business there. Can you not defend your property up there? Will the cops not arrest looters?
Here in the United States, I thought a business owner could stick a pump shotgun up the ass of the first rioter to chuck a brick at the door. And I thought looters got their heads caved in by law enforcement. Things must be different in the People's Glorious Republic of Minneapolistan and other urban centers of enlightenment.
