Apparently I have been doing this longer than most of you................so sick of tabasco that I would rather use ketchup. I absolutely love hot sauce on about every meal but even Az gunslinger is just so-so. I carry a bottle of Cholula in my truck because it does not have to be refrigerated. but hands down the best hot sauce is thisRing of Fire
