Tracy Stone Manning is the worst kind of possible appointee. She was married to a reporter for the Missoulian, DICK Manning, who hated timber people. Ran the Clark Fork Coalition, then got steady work with Jon Tester. She's a freaking nut case but has amazing message discipline, very politically savvy and weaselly. She's good at what she does, which is laying one over on the peasants. That's something the last three BLM liberal appointments share. Crazy beliefs that they are really good at sugar-coating. She'll make a mess, very quietly.
