A friend just got it from Vortex to replace one that had been in twice for service. They just send him this one to replace it and yes... It's brand new in the box.
I have it here at my house and you will be receiving it from me so I take full responsibility to get it to you totally intact. The new scope box has the original factory seals fully intact and I don't want to break those seals unless the buyer asks me to.
