I absolutely think the best thing the mass of citizens can do is to flat-out stop paying taxes. Wholly and completely. Their greed and ravenous appetite for taxpayers money...coupled with their desire for absolute power and control over the citizenry...is their overall motivation for everything they do; it is ‘the’ most important thing that life has to offer for them; it is the very meaning of life for them.
