Beautiful place! and a Rambler like ours we purchased on Flathead Lake MT in 2019 (photo in link) for half that price, but only 2 acres. Boat launch too.
Best thing about ramblers....no steps. When you get over 60yrs old, you'll know why ramblers are great!
