Thanks for the info. An amount of jump I might not have tried. Trying to work with a new rifle I had laid back & components too scarce to spend a lot of time trying to make something work that may not be cooperating.
There was a time when we'd use up a third of barrel life finding the best load. Now? I don't know about others, but I'm not yet ready to spend 75 cents to a dollar apiece for everyday 6 or 7mm bullets.
