I think the puppet masters have discovered what we suspected all along...she is deeply stupid woman of no accomplishment whatsoever, and when she opens that mouth, it becomes very clear that she is a deeply stupid woman. So, they keep her muzzled and out of the limelight, and will continue to do so.
