I just saw a YouTube vid comparing the Allett and Swardman. The Swardman owner was complaining about the plastic gears and chinchy linkage. The Kawasaki engine would be better IMO. The Allett owner said he preferred the Allet... but that both had some build quality concerns.
Why in Hell's half acre would any company put plastic gearing in a lawnmower, even a homeowner version.
Must be that line from that movie..........??
