True action and thread & fit barrel in 6.5x55, cut barrel to 23.5", crown barrel.
Weld on new Halfmoon bolt handle for scope clearance
Contour rear bridge to FN Style
Drill & tap action for two piece Talley bases (low, 1").
Duplicate & finish Stock to LOP between 13 3/8" and 13 1/2"
Checker grip
Fit McFarland buttplate & Dressels Grip cap to stock.
Blue all external screws (grip cap, buttplate, scope ring screws/base screws,
sling holder screws, etc.). Blue the Talley ring bases and sling holders (#2 Dakota swivel studs, Ken Howell).
Engrave 6.5x55 SE just forward of the action on the barrel, left side
Polish bolt body and new bolt handle; blue the extractor; polish trigger shoe;
Adjust trigger as needed to get a pull weight of ~3lbs
Inspect/clean all parts for safety and functionality, replace as needed
