No, they're problems for the public in general. They murder the public, they run over the public they steal from the public, etc.

Not a cop alive doesn't wish that the "public health" guy would handle any of that.

The problem is that the "public health" guy is a myth, except on paper.

Surveys say a major percentage of homelessness is substance abuse related mostly from drugs and everyone knows what a huge filthy public problem that is.


You can't be homeless in a city without being a criminal...unless said city wants to make homelessness okay. If a city says it's okay, how can it be a problem?
