Its not sitting out all day. It's set into the top of an aluminum freezer case. Some put ice in there too. And they change out the bins once a day and take temps too. Worked at one when i was in college. Food safety people came in to check us all the time.

But it’s getting dipped in/out, and Rajnish Patel is exhaling into it.
Besides, I guess my main point is, tuna is what I would eat at home when there’s nothing else in the fridge or cabinets and I’m down to my last 2 slices of bread.
I damn sure wouldn’t be pining away at my job dreaming about driving 3 miles up the road to the gas station and paying $9 for tuna and Sysco brand mayo smeared on a bun.
