I’ve been honored to do it maybe 6-8 times. Most recent was April for my girlfriends aunt. We were still wearing masks in April, so I ordered a couple of black cloth ones on Amazon.
I did not want to be wearing a disposable mask at the funeral.
Kinda glad for the mask, as I was ugly crying as we carried her casket out of the church. I loved that woman. We spent the last several Thanksgiving’s and Christmas’ at her house. We got no where to go now.
