This really pains me to say but looking at the information you provided; composite/stainless, not too heavy, not too light, not a hand loader, deer in fields out to 350 yards........I can't think of better than a Winchester M70 EW in .270 Winchester and some really good glass. It sure checks a lot of boxes.
