Jesus what a bunch of time whiners. You should have done this when they weren’t so busy.
Its a real simple thing and good business practice to 1. change expected wait times on your website and 2.Answer you damn phone and emails.
If they tell me it takes 10-12 weeks, then thats when I expect it. If they tell me it takes 8 months...then thats when I expect it.. Cal me whimsical....
