I used to watch it quite bit as a kid, and off and on over the years if it was on and I was bored couple times a year. Any time in the last 10 years or so I tuned it in, the categories and questions were much more popular culture oriented, and far less of the classical level of knowledge one would expect.

When the F A G Anderson Cooper was hosting, they had a “Category” on Western Movies.
The first answer was “Brokeback Mountain” 😡
