I think it was. Federal judges took senior status so the democrats could get more democrat judges into the court houses. That sounds pretty sure to me. Also consider that BHO lost the House and the Senate but he kept his job after losing a diplomat in Libya. That smells awful fishy to me. He should of never gotten that 2nd 4 years. It smells like crap to me.
