1.) - We actually do need to invest in infrastructure. Interstate system, thousands of bridges big and small, water, sewage treatment, dams big and small, etc. there is a bunch of stuff built under Eisenhower that needs replacing after 65 years.
2.) - Unfortunately, only 20% of whatever this monster becomes will be for infrastructure. The rest will be crap like student loan forgiveness, racial sensitivity training, money to relocate illegals etc.
And to the sharp posters above, this will be a big Union payoff
