I've used the 150 TTSX in .308, .30-06, .300 H&H, and the .300 Win. Magnum because it's a very accurate bullet that requires minimal load development. I've used this bullet for elk, but only in a .308. However, I see no reason why it wouldn't work well in other chamberings. I've seen good results accuracy-wise with the 165 TTSX, just not quite as good overall as the lighter bullet.
