Had to cut out an old fence post on my place and it is heavy as iron and nice yellow color. Figure it must be osage. If that is indeed the case, how hard would it be to cut some knife handle blanks from one of those? Thought since it was 50 years plus old, it should be pretty stable hopefully. Would love some knives made from it. Will try to post a picture later.

I have no wood working equipment so would be up for trading some of it for handles if someone has any interest.
