Good point.

I'm not making excuses really. The Egyptians could have shown sub-Saharan Africans a wheel and they still wouldn't have understood the possibilities. Also likely that a good bit of what is currently attributed to Dynastic Egyptians was inherited from people who came before them and who knows who they were.

Anyway, my point is that on a genetic basis Egyptians were a world apart from the people below the Sahara. That manifested in both physical appearance and intelligence. The people depicted in ancient Egyptian art look nothing at all like a modern Ugandan and their achievements are, even now, worlds apart. Those genetic lines didn't mix.
