I got to shoot the 10mm barrel today. 180 gr Berry's Flatpoint over 6.5 gr Universal with Rem LRP. It is a joy to shoot. Very comfortable and easy to bring back on target. 90% of rounds landed in a six inch circle at 25 paces.

Only downside, is chasing empty brass after fifty years of shooting bolt rifles, single shot rifles, and revolvers.

I fired the first two rounds from outside the covered range. The brass landed on the roof. CRAP! LOL.

So I moved back five yards and got under the roof.

I have some 200 gr cast flat nose coming. That will be the nest trial. 200s at 1200 fps over Longshot.

I scored two new Kimber 10mm mags at the LGS yesterday. The gun came with the original Kimber mag. I ran each of the three mags through the gun twice. Absolutely flawless operation.

This one, and the S&W 657 Mountain Gun. The kids will have to fight over who gets to pry them from my cold dead fingers.
