Okay, now I understand, the Winchester/Browning, 1895 Commemorative Rifle.
Yeah it's probably the Texas Edition, specially produced Rifle like you say.
Those are Attractive Tributes to the old Originals, as your showing!
The Model 1886 was also produced with some Engraving, and Both were adorned,
With some Gold Animals and the Grey coin silvered matte finish!

Browning Original Patent, bought by T.G. Bennet, Oliver Winchester's Son in Law!
Winchester went on to produce the Famous 1895, 405 Caliber Rifle, that Teddy Roosevelt made Famous!
