I remember when Ray first put out his scope stand. IIRC, he was selling them for about $180. He made different variations over the years. Stainless 1" rods, 7/8 aluminum rods, straight thread, tapered thread, and numerous refinements over the years of the head. It's good stuff. I have a couple of them.

Problem is that Ray is retired, and sold off his machine equipment thus they are no longer supported.

The current options in the marketplace are the Freeland, the HMC, Gear Buggy, Giraud, Chippewa Foundry and Creedmoor (made by EKL iirc). The prices range from about $150 to somewhere around $400. I used to send folks over to Ray, but since Ray hung it up I'm sending folks over to Holub at HMC at $155. I just spoke to one last week. I'll check if he pulled the trigger yet.

BTW, thanks for posting that video...it's nice to see Ray in there.
