One of the members sent me some of his cast/powder coated .357 bullets to try. I loaded 100 in .38 Special cases with 9 grains of IMR 4756. Those worked so well that I loaded another 50 in .357 cases with 11 grains of IMR 4756. These give me just under 1400 fps, and seem to be pretty accurate in my Model 19 with 4 inch barrel.
