Another thing with LVR is it's available [around here and online} and it gets them bullets humming. I love the stuff in several calibers including the ones it was made for. Work up loads like other ball powders, simple , don't work up loads when it's -10 and then go hunting/shooting when it's 90 out.
Which is not usually the case anyways. You'd have to really try to overload 223/5.56 anyways.
