I believe the answer generally is no, unless there is some sort of official handicap with your dad involved. Bison is the only exception that I am aware of, outside of DLPs.


ADF&G encourage back-up shooters for brown bears and I have heard Troopers say they do not care about any of that when there is a question of losing an animal.
