Maybe a bit off topic but I have a Leupold RX-1000/TBR range finder that the display is so dim I cannot see it unless it is against a dark back ground. Leupold service is willing to give me a discount on a new unit but do not service them. I have not been able to find any good data on the unit. There appears to be a computer connection on the front but I can find no mention of it in the manual. And yes I have gone through the menu and set the display as bright as possible. (And yes I did replace the battery) Any suggestions?
