For most of a long working career I was fortunate to interact with many, many talented and well educated people - at all levels of age. It was quite enjoyable. Then, at age 62, we moved ourselves to a rather remote location surrounded by beautiful high forest. Ranch lands. Slowly we came to know many ranch people and their close associates and, due to my nature, I got to know a lot of ranch kids. They, and their families, are the most self-reliant, hard-working, fully dependable and generous people I ever have known. We live elsewhere now, but the ranch folks we know well here are the same. Very good post, Ron.
