Crazy here. All safety is left up to us.
Gloves, respirators, eye/ear, Tyvex suits.....
It's there, but Mommy let's you decide.
Not like other jobs I've worked.
Armored up or fired.
Unbelievable how many wear sneakers. And we get $250 to buy shoes.

It's not real loud, just bad enough that you should wear protection.
No one does.

But they go through lots of plugs.
Boxes of them every fall!😉

Companies like yours is how work comp attorneys make a great living

It's a bit lax.

But most of us are men who grew up on tractors and running chainsaws.
We have a good safety record.
These things that provide protection from long term issues aren't
our biggest worries. We have rollers turning at hundreds of yard per
minute. With crush points within thousandth of an inch.
The possibility of horrible injuries is just an inch away.

Life ain't safe.
Unless you work in the HR dept.
Even then those paper cuts can be bad.
And the pinches from paper clips?
WOW!

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
