Shame that a local CCW holder wasn't able to stop this before it started but at least the bad guy did everyone a favor and gave the families some closure and saved the tax payers some $$.
We have constitutional carry basically in Tn now with stipulations that are common sense.
Open and concealed.
Very very few people carry. IMO...
I would venture to say 1 out of 250 at least.
I am always worried about printing, the very little my G48 telegraphs..
I am always looking for printing on people, to a experienced eye it is 2nd nature.
Honestly here in Clarksvegas since July I have seen 0 sign of concealed carry printing on anyone around here.
The 1 in 250 is probably way underestimated by me.
That # is basically from the occasional open carry guy at rural king, LGS,s, and once in awhile academy or walmart.
We are basically a unarmed state going about their little hamster lives in the habitrail cage. IMO from what I see daily.
