In the last 2 weeks,
One guy had a doc, wearing his mask on his chin, ask if he had been jabbed.
On the "Nope!" The doc stepped back, and pulled up his mask.
A pregnant niece was ask about getting the shot.
"No, I don't want it."
After confirming the baby wouldn't get it, and that no family members
had it, the male Doc went on a hysterical tirade.
Accusing her whole family of spreading the disease and killing people.
Let's recap.
If the shot protects, why the mask?
The patient can spread it, vacated or not. Why the mask?
We've been told often the mask doesn't protect the wearer. Why the mask?
Again vaxxed can spread it. Just like unvaxxed.

Uneducated people, like yourself, are susceptible to conspiracy theories and misinformation. Thus, they are more likely to be hospitalized and die from COVID-19. Really a shame that so many people are dying unnecessarily due to a lack of understanding and acceptance of science. So I agree with your bolded statement. Weird, too, that people actually brag about not wearing masks. It's like, "I'm a selfish [bleep] and won't use proven public health measures to protect myself and others." But that's where we are today.
I got my Pfizer booster yesterday and am more achy than I was for the first two. But that just means i got a good take. Whole lot better than going to the hospital, on a ventilator or ECMO, and then death. Your call, unless, of course, you're in a mandated group.

protection to the guy wearing it.
Might stop bigger particles. But then there is transmission.
And N95s aren't real easy to get now.
And explain the fear of the unvaxxed if one is vaxxed.
As you blame transmission on the unvaxxed, but scientifically have
to recognize that the vaxxed are just as likely to transmit.
Maybe more likely if they don't get too sick to go out.
The shot. Is likely to help prevent severe symptoms.

Doesn't prevent transmission.
Why do you care so much if someone makes a decision that
might cause them problems.
Haven't seen this in any other medical issue.
