Given the timing it appears ICAC's desire "to get Gladys" was put in front of the NSW virus/needs. On top of that their investigation of her starts on 11 October, open up day for NSW. Is ICAC the one guilty of corruption?



Without being privy to what is discussed behind closed doors I couldn't even hazard a guess.
