Was in Vegas shooting dice next to Telly Savalas. Thought I'd start a conversation with him and asked: Aren't you Yul Brenner? To my surprise, he got mad picked up his chips and walked away without so much as a word. I got the dagger eyes from the pit crew. One of em sarcastically said: "That was Telly Savalas." I said: "I knew that and was making a bad joke.., I guess."
