Cannot say. All too many urban youth of all colors are growing up with the "Gansta" attitude and drugs are rampant. For decades now the democrat party Marxists have been fostering the hate between all citizens. One thing's for sure the boy is going to have to face criminal charges. This ain't Calif. so hopefully he will get a fair trial and his crime carries a fair amount of time off for bad behavior. Yep.
