Killed two does one weekend with a 20 gauge single barrel and #3 buck - high school years. East Texas, where we hunted with dogs and shotguns, mostly. Also killed several hogs with the 20 and buckshot. My 12 gauge Mossberg 500 was a lot more powerful and effective, however.
