Take 2 calibers / cartridges. If you have problems with the 6mm you can always step up to another.
The shot I'll likely always remember was on my first trip with my first use of the H&H hunting. Family of warthogs come crossing the dirt road 200 yards ahead. The PH glassing says the last one is a shooter and to get ready.
I drop to my knee and put a 270 gr. SAF right on the shoulder and that tough little bugger still goes almost 50 yards before piling up. Not what I was expecting.
