My dad always keep one near the back door to rid the garden of robbers - blackbirds, crows, grondhogs, rabbits, etc……seemed to work pretty good can’t remember the size of shot but he used the original Winchester loads (would love to have those now!!). I have the gun and some of Fiocchi loads but haven’t shot it in decades.
