I just have too many scopes....or not enough rifles? Either way, I just bought a Honda Pioneer 1000 so I'll be selling some of my extra scopes and probably 2-3 rifles. The first two "extra" scopes are both Schmidt & Bender Klassiks made in Germany. 3-12x50mm configuration, 30mm main tube and the illuminated L3 "firedot" reticle. The L3 looks much like a 4A, but with the red illuminated dot in the center. Reticle in the first focal plane. 11 brightness settings for the reticle. The S&B model number is 644-811-482-05-05A02. Capped turrets.
Both scopes have been mounted, fired at the range and then removed. Both function as you would expect a Germany-made S&B scope. One scope has no ring marks of any kind and is in brand new condition. The other has very faint "ghost" ring marks, but they are very faint. I only use Talley Lightweight mounts which are known for being kind to scope tubes.
