Most Darwin awards have a bit of dark humor in them. This one doesn't.
A teenaged kid in FL was pointing an AK looking Airsoft rifle at passing cars. Someone called the police and when they arrived, he pointed it at them. He perished. It was a tragic incident but he didn't have what you'd call a clean record. He was well known to the police.
I don't know what this kid was thinking but I'm guessing he was stoned on something to be that stupid.
