I hope the equipment is already over here.
If not, it would not surprise to see the government block the import of the machinery.
They should have said nothing until they were actually producing product.
That's arms manufacturing equipment. The sale has to be approved by the State Department before they can do anything. And I doubt they'd be talking about the purchase if it hasn't already cleared State. No one is going to block the shipment, its already approved.
