Thinking about using 3100 in 264 Win Mag with 140 gr bullets. Yes I know it is discontinued. If I am remembering right 3100 is pretty close to IMR 4831.
My 2003 Hornady manual shows a starting load of 55.3 grains of 3100 with a max load of 59.5 with their 140 grain bullets for a velocity of 2800fps with that top load.
