Can of chew out here is $10ish bucks for main line. 6ish for Grizz. Pretty sure smokes are $10-12 a pack.
Gas is right about $4.
Costco is a bit cheaper, $3.85 I think as of a few days ago.
Long way from my buddies dad handing us a $20 to ride our bikes to the gas station to get a carton of Marlboro’s and we would split the change. Lol.
When I was 8 or 9 in 1969, one of my Uncle’s who was 10 years older, would give me a Dollar to ride my bike to the corner store for a pack of Marlboros.
IIRC, Ciggs were .35 cents. I’d have enough left over for a Comic Book, a Coke, and a couple of Candy Bars.
