Our parking lots are designed as pull in back out anymore.
I hate it. In theory, it's easier and takes less space.
In practice, you have to back into the travel lane blind.
Because the cars beside you block your vision.
People drive and walk that lane like they have not a care in the world.
They also back into that lane like there is 0 chance of a kid or car
being there.
I know what you mean as most towns here are nose in...back in is so much easier, and safer when exiting.
Some areas around here it is illegal to back into a parking spot! I was ticketed in LaCrosse several years ago! Blew my mind!

And 95 dumb, non driver [bleep] are trying to back into that travel
lane and DGAF about running over kids.
After all, their kids are bouncing off the inside of their car.
The only one they do GAF about, are safe.
