I get a kick out of older people looking at a wrecked car.
"Boy, they are just tin. Nothing like older cars. Thgey had some
metal in them. Hit a new car with them and there would be nothing left."
I've seen old cars wrecked. The car wasn't too bad. Driver didn't even
care. He was dead. Or it rolled on the roof, and pancakes. Only damage
That was bad was the roof and pillars. Driver was dead.
New cars are flimsy. You can dent them leaning on them.
But they are mostly built right were it matters most.
Seat belt and airbags, a destroyed car still protects the passengers.
